Dol Miyuk

30g dried wild seaweed from Jeju-do, Korea.

Notes: soak in cold water for 2-3 hours prior to use. Slippery film and texture from the outside layer of the seaweed is natural.

Rinse before cooking. Incorporate into soup or pickle. Hong hap dol miyeok guk, dol miyeok jangajji.
