Malleen Ae Hobac

30g dried sweet squash from Korea.

Notes: soak in cold water for 5 hours prior to use. Rinse before cooking. Blanch and stir fry, steam over rice, or incorporate into soups and stews. Ae hobac dwenjang jjigae, hobac goji namul.
