20 g dried hijiki seaweed from Jeju-do, Korea.

Notes: soak in cold water for 5 hours prior to use. Rinse before cooking. Cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Blanch and incorporate into cold salad or steam over rice. Tot dubu muchim, tot gul jeon, tot kimbap.
